AboutI am an adult educator specializing in organizational L&D and workplace pedagogy. Skilled in e-learning, learner-oriented training content design, and multidisciplinary experience in fit-for-purpose training product development. Previous ID and Training specialist experience in public and creative industries, previous work experience in art teaching, teaching coordination, and marketing-related roles.
My design and teaching backgrounds have developed my skills for working with a multidisciplinary approach and applying design thinking in order to develop unconventional solutions that perfectly align with target business goals to create meaningful learning and development, training content. My working experiences are not limited to visual learning content production but include writing/editing content for e-learning material development and repurposing materials for revision.
